TRID (TILA/RESPA Integrated Disclosures) Review

During this audit, the CUACG reviews procedures in place at the credit union for TRID (TILA/RESPA Integrated Disclosure) audit requirements pursuant to Tile 12, section 1026.19€ of the Code of Federal Regulations.

This includes a review of the Application, Loan Estimate, and Closing Disclosures to determine whether they are in compliance with the TRID requirements. The CUACH also tests the fees listed on the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosures to determine if they are within the proper limits.
